9r999 Responsible Gaming

9r999 believes that online gaming should be an enjoyable, controlled leisure activity — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. Across Bangladesh, from Dhaka and Chittagong to Sylhet, Rajshahi, and Barisal, 9r999 is committed to providing every registered player with the tools they need to manage their gaming habits responsibly. This page outlines those tools and explains how to use them.

Responsible gaming is not just a feature at 9r999 — it is a core principle built into every layer of the platform. Whether you play cricket betting, slots, live casino, or crash games like Dino Hunter, the same safeguards apply. 9r999's responsible gaming system is designed to give you full visibility and control over how you engage with the platform, so you can enjoy games at 9r999 with confidence and peace of mind.

Gaming at 9r999 is intended for entertainment purposes only. The platform does not promote gambling as a way to earn income, solve financial problems, or recover previous losses. If you ever feel that gambling is no longer fun or is causing you distress, 9r999 encourages you to use the self-exclusion or time-out tools immediately and to reach out to our 24/7 support team for confidential assistance.

Ask yourself honestly:

If any of these questions resonate with you, please do not wait. Reach out to 9r999 support at [email protected] at any time — our team is available 24/7 and all conversations are treated with complete confidentiality. You can also use the self-exclusion tool directly from your 9r999 account settings without needing to contact support first.

9r999 provides five built-in responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings at any time. You do not need to contact support to activate any of these tools — they are available immediately, 24/7, to every registered player in Bangladesh.

All responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from your 9r999 account settings panel. No phone call or support request is needed. To activate any tool, follow these steps:

• Log in to your 9r999 account using your registered mobile number and password.
• Navigate to Account Settings, then select the Responsible Gaming section.
• Choose the tool you wish to activate — deposit limit, time-out, self-exclusion, session reminders, or activity history.
• Set your preferred parameters and confirm. The tool activates immediately upon confirmation.

If you are unable to access your account settings or need immediate assistance, contact 9r999 support at [email protected]. Our team can activate any responsible gaming tool on your behalf instantly, at any hour, seven days a week.

9r999 enforces strict age verification (KYC) for all new registrations. Every player must submit a valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) or passport confirming they are aged 21 or above before their account is fully activated and any withdrawal is processed. Date of birth is cross-checked against the submitted identity document, and any discrepancy results in immediate account suspension pending further review.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a person under the age of 21 has registered with 9r999 or has been using your device to access the platform, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate all such reports with the highest priority and take immediate action, including account closure and fund return. We also recommend using parental control software on any shared devices to prevent unauthorised access to online gaming platforms.

• Set a strict personal budget before you start each session and never exceed it, regardless of whether you are winning or losing.
• Never gamble with money you need for essential expenses — rent, food, transport, family obligations, or loan repayments.
• Treat gambling as entertainment, the same way you would a cinema ticket or a meal out — with a fixed, pre-planned spend that you are comfortable losing entirely.
• Take regular breaks — use 9r999's session reminder feature to receive automatic alerts after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of play.
• Never chase losses. Losing sessions are a normal part of gaming — accept them and step away rather than depositing more to recover.
• Do not gamble when you are tired, stressed, emotionally upset, or under the influence of alcohol. Decision-making is impaired in these states, which increases risk significantly.
• Balance gaming with other activities. Maintain hobbies, family time, social connections, and physical activity to ensure that gaming remains one small part of a full and healthy life.

If gambling is causing you distress, financial difficulty, or conflict with the people around you, please contact 9r999 immediately. All responsible gaming contacts are confidential, and our team is trained to listen without judgement and to help you access the tools or account changes you need as quickly as possible.

Remember: asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. 9r999 is on your side. Our goal is for every player in Bangladesh — whether in Dhaka, Rangpur, Mymensingh, or Cox's Bazar — to enjoy gaming as a positive, controlled part of their lives. If that balance is ever disrupted, we are here to help restore it.
